YupTrack Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: October 22, 2026

Last Updated: October 22, 2026

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

YupTrack, Inc. (“YupTrack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making its website and educational technology platform accessible to individuals with disabilities.

We believe that all students, educators, administrators, and visitors should have meaningful opportunities to access and benefit from our services, regardless of their abilities or the technologies they use.

YupTrack provides software supporting student-managed investment funds, investment research, simulated portfolio management, and institutional oversight.

Accessibility is an important consideration in the design and continued development of these services.

2. Accessibility Standards

YupTrack’s accessibility objective is to develop and maintain its website and platform in alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

These guidelines address accessibility needs involving visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

YupTrack has not yet established a verified level of conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This statement should not be interpreted as a certification or representation that every page or feature currently meets that standard.

3. Accessibility Considerations

As YupTrack develops and improves its services, accessibility considerations include:

  • Keyboard accessibility: Supporting navigation and essential interactions without requiring a mouse.
  • Screen-reader compatibility: Using appropriate page structure, descriptive labels, and accessible interface components.
  • Visual accessibility: Considering text readability, sufficient color contrast, and adaptable display sizes.
  • Forms and navigation: Providing understandable instructions, identifiable controls, and useful error messages.
  • Responsive design: Supporting access across desktop computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Dynamic content: Considering accessibility when information, notifications, or interface elements change.
  • Educational workflows: Supporting accessible interaction with investment proposals, research materials, approval workflows, and portfolio information.

These are design and improvement objectives rather than representations that each feature has already been implemented or validated.

4. Ongoing Accessibility Improvements

YupTrack intends to incorporate accessibility considerations into its software development and quality assurance processes.

These efforts may include automated accessibility checks, manual evaluations, keyboard testing, assistive technology testing, and review of identified accessibility barriers.

Accessibility findings will be evaluated and prioritized based on their impact on users, the affected functionality, applicable legal or contractual obligations, and available remediation measures.

We recognize that automated testing alone cannot establish comprehensive accessibility compliance.

5. Known Limitations

YupTrack’s website and platform are under active development.

Some pages, components, third-party integrations, or workflows may not yet satisfy all applicable accessibility guidelines.

YupTrack welcomes reports of accessibility barriers and will evaluate reported issues to determine appropriate corrective actions or alternative means of access.

Verified known limitations may be published in updates to this statement as accessibility testing progresses.

6. Third-Party Content and Integrations

Certain YupTrack features may incorporate third-party services, tools, or content.

The accessibility of those components may depend partly on the relevant provider.

YupTrack will consider accessibility when selecting and integrating third-party technologies and will evaluate reported barriers affecting users of its services.

7. Reporting Accessibility Problems

If you experience difficulty accessing YupTrack’s website or educational platform, please contact us.

When reporting an accessibility issue, it is helpful to include:

  • The webpage or feature affected.
  • A description of the difficulty encountered.
  • The browser, device, or assistive technology being used, if you are comfortable sharing that information.
  • An alternative method of communication or access that would assist you.

Please do not include passwords, confidential investment research, or sensitive student records in an accessibility report.

YupTrack will review accessibility concerns and work toward an appropriate resolution or accessible alternative.

8. Requesting Assistance or Alternative Access

Individuals who cannot access a particular feature or service may contact YupTrack to request assistance or an alternative method of accessing the relevant information or functionality.

Where applicable, YupTrack will coordinate with the relevant educational institution concerning accessibility requests related to institution-managed services.

9. Changes to This Statement

YupTrack may update this Accessibility Statement as our services evolve, accessibility evaluations are completed, or relevant standards and obligations change.

Revisions will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date.
